After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital materials are made available electronically.
All guides, courses, documents, and other learning materials offered through Treqavox are digital. No physical shipping, handling, or delivery is involved.
Payments are processed by an independent third-party payment provider available through the website.
We do not store your full payment card details.
Once the applicable payment provider confirms that the payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital materials will be made available through a download link, email delivery, account-based availability where offered, or another electronic delivery method indicated during the purchase process.
In most cases, digital materials are provided shortly after payment confirmation.
However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- payment verification or processing;
- delays in communication between the payment provider and our website;
- email delivery delays;

What If I Don’t Receive Access?

- Allow a reasonable period for the payment provider to complete payment confirmation.
- Check whether the payment is still pending with your bank or payment provider.

- the approximate date of purchase;

For security reasons, please do not send us your full payment card number, card security code, account passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive authentication information.
If we confirm that payment was successfully completed but the digital material was not properly delivered, we may reissue the download link, restore the applicable availability, or otherwise provide the purchased material.
Any rights or remedies available to you under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection law remain unaffected.
